For both pre-order and ready stock items, once an order is placed and a deposit is received, cancellations are not permitted, as we immediately process the order.
Return Policy:
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
